A sergeant was recently convicted at a General Court-Martial of wrongful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, one specification of obstructing justice and one specification or false official statement. He was sentenced to three months of confinement, a bad conduct discharge, reduction to E-1 and total forfeiture of pay and allowances.
