The men’s 1,000-pound club and women’s 500-pound club is having a lunch break weight lifting competition 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Nov. 16 at Olive Physical Fitness Center. It is open to all ID card holders. The top three male and top three female competitors will win prizes. Those wishing to participate can register at any PFC on post and must register before Nov. 15.
A battalion-level Holiday Basketball Tournament will begin Dec. 10 at Sgt. Leslie H. Sabo Physical Fitness Center, 7037 Toccoa Road, and Staff Sgt. Eric B. Shaw Physical Fitness Center, 7979 California Road. Teams must register by Nov. 30. For more information, call 270-798-3094.

YOUTH VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
Clarksville Parks and Recreation will host a youth volleyball league 5:30-8:30 p.m. Jan. 7-March 22 at Kleeman Recreation Center, 166 Cunningham Lane, Clarksville. Grades 5-6 will meet Tuesdays. Grades 7-8 will meet Thursdays and grades 9-12 will meet Fridays. Cost is $65 per child, including a T-shirt and medal. Pre-registration is required. Registration deadline is Dec. 7.
