Fort Campbell Morale, Welfare and Recreation intramural sports is hosting a company-level postwide softball season beginning April 23. Clarksville Sports


Registration for Clarksville Parks & Recreation youth baseball and softball leagues is underway.

Specific leagues include baseball for ages 9-14, softball for ages 7-10, coach pitch for ages 7-8, T-ball for ages 5-6 and Blastball for ages 3-4. Blastball is a fun alternative to traditional T-ball and uses a “honking” base to entertain younger players, bringing excitement to learning baseball fundamentals. All leagues are co-ed, and open to boys and girls. The cost to play in any of the leagues is $40 per child.  

Beginning May 1, each team will practice at least once a week. Weekly games begin on June 4 and will be played at the Heritage Park Baseball Complex, 1241 Peachers Mill Road. Participants can register until Monday at the Parks and Recreation office, 102 Public Square, or online at

Hopkinsville Division of Parks and Recreation will partner with Challenger Sports to host a weeklong British Soccer Camp for ages 3-16 June 4-8 at Debow Recreation Complex, 2600 Thomas St., Hopkinsville, Kentucky. First Kicks for ages 3-5 8-9 a.m. costs $110 per child. Half Day Camp for ages 6-10 and 11-16 9 a.m.-noon costs $165 per child. Hopkinsville-Christian County YMCA is offering youth sports for the upcoming spring season. They will be offering flag football for ages 6-12, soccer for ages 3-11 and cheerleading for ages 4-12. The season will last from March-May. Games will begin April 7- May 19. The cost is $60 for YMCA members and $75 for non-members. The cost includes a jersey, a belt and a mouth piece.
