• Nine O’Clock Mixer: PiYo, a unique combination of Pilates mat exercises, Yoga poses, strength conditioning, flexibility and dynamic balance. 9 a.m. Monday and Nov. 26 at Estep PFC.  

•Power Pump noon Mondays. Wednesdays and Fridays at Estep PFC.

•Total Pump is an exciting, energetic weight training class that strengthens the entire body, regardless of gender. Class is performed to selected music using free weights, barbells and an aerobic step. 10:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at Shaw PFC; 4:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays at Estep PFC; 8:30 a.m. Nov. 17 at Shaw PFC.

•Power Cycle uses a stationary spin bike that simulates an outdoor bike ride. 5 p.m. Mondays at Shaw PFC.

•Zumba is a dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movement which creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. 9 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at Shaw PFC.

•Muscle X is a total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight as well as a mixture of resistance equipment. 9 a.m. Wednesdays Estep PFC.

•Power Hour is a hard and fast high-intensity cardio workout. 5 p.m. Thursdays at Estep PFC.

•Spin is indoor cycling that is all about building strength and endurance. Classes are high energy and full of upbeat music. 6 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at Estep PFC and 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10 and 17 at Shaw PFC.

•Nine O’Clock Mixer: Country Heat is accessible to a wide range of participants, with easy to follow choreography, low impact steps, and moderate steady-state aerobic intensity that can be taken up or down a notch based on each individual’s ability. 9 a.m. Nov. 19 at Estep PFC.
